A graduate of Multnomah Bible College, Troy loves studying the Bible and has been teaching in the church for over 30 years. Serving as an elder since 1988, he joins Pastor Steve in overseeing the Edification ministries of the church (small groups, Sunday school, children, youth, and college ministries, etc.). He currently teaches the Adult Sunday class and leads a midweek small home group. His wife, Sylvia, ministers to women in one on one discipleship and soul care, and heads the church bookstore. Troy’s life verse is Micah 6:8, and his motivation to serve in the church is simply “love for God, care for people”.
